PETER GOLDSPRING – MANAGING DIRECTOR

Peter is the Owner and Director of Goldspring Group.

With over 37 years experience in the earthmoving and construction industry, Peter has a wealth of knowledge to offer.

Peter’s leadership skills and management style empowers his business operations and people to grow.

Maintaining an open dialogue with all stakeholders is Peter’s continued mandate to organisational success. 

Peter is driven to see both his business and the people within it succeed.

Martin Burridge - General Manager

Martin (Marty) has over 30 years civil construction industry management experience (specialising in rail, aviation, and mining infrastructure projects), Marty has successfully directed an impressive portfolio of significant, large-scale projects for both the public and private sector.

Martins role as the General Manager holds him responsible for leading the development and execution of the Goldspring long term strategies with a charter to increasing stakeholder value.

This leadership role also entails ultimate accountability for the day to day management decisions and implementing the companies long and short term plans across all business units individually and the overall group of business.

wendy foster - Finance manager

Adv.Dip ACC, B.BUS(ACC.), MBA

Wendy has more than 20 years experience in finance and business with diverse industry experience.

Joining the Goldspring team in early 2017 with the purpose to develop and implement new administration systems and procedures for the business.

Leading the Goldspring finance and administration team, Wendy is responsible for delivering all financial services in the fast pace construction industry.

Providing strategic analyses for senior management to determine project and company profitability as well as being involved in developing and implementing long term corporate business strategies.

Gerard Whitehead - Plant Manager

Dip (management)

Gerard has over 28 years experience managing plant equipment and transport operations within construction, rail, civil, mining.

Gerard joined Goldspring in 2018. With his team he continues to focus on delivery of dependable and compliant plant and people to our valued clients.

Gerard’s role encompasses the management of all aspects of the Plant Department including Plant, Resources, Assets, Maintenance and Transport.

Greg Riches - Manager Rail Operations

Greg comes to the Goldspring Group in his 40th year in rail. He has vast experience and knowledge of network management, major periodic maintenance along with  construction & renewals. 

He is passionate about safe, quality service excellence to the customer. Is a big believer in core-craft skills development for the industry workforce’s. 

Matthew Gibson - Safeworking Manager

Dip (business management), Cert IV (rail operations)

Matthew has over 30 years rail experience, predominantly focused on Rail Operations and Rail Safeworking.

Matthew has a client focused approach, dedication to safety and an eagerness to support and futureproof the industry.

Joining Goldspring in 2015 Matthew established the Rail Safeworking Business within the group.

Matthew currently manages and oversees all aspects of the Safeworking Business and with the support of his team continues to provide a quality and service that is enviable within the industry.
