Martin Burridge - General Manager

Martin (Marty) has over 30 years civil construction industry management experience (specialising in rail, aviation, and mining infrastructure projects), Marty has successfully directed an impressive portfolio of significant, large-scale projects for both the public and private sector.
Martins role as the General Manager holds him responsible for leading the development and execution of the Goldspring long term strategies with a charter to increasing stakeholder value.
This leadership role also entails ultimate accountability for the day to day management decisions and implementing the companies long and short term plans across all business units individually and the overall group of business.
wendy foster - Finance manager

Wendy has more than 20 years experience in finance and business with diverse industry experience.
Joining the Goldspring team in early 2017 with the purpose to develop and implement new administration systems and procedures for the business.
Leading the Goldspring finance and administration team, Wendy is responsible for delivering all financial services in the fast pace construction industry.
Providing strategic analyses for senior management to determine project and company profitability as well as being involved in developing and implementing long term corporate business strategies.
HSEQ Manager Dip.WHS, Cert IV WHS
Andrew has a wide range of experience as a HSEQ Manager in the high-risk construction industry including Power Stations, mining, demolition, rail and civil.
Andrew believes in the power of a united team that is focused and committed to their own safety and that of others, he knows this is achieved through, trust, consultation and time spent on the ground with the work teams.
Andrew joined Goldspring in 2019 and we are already seeing the benefits of having a committed and passionate team member on board focussed on HSEQ improvement.
Gerard Whitehead - Plant Manager
Gerard has over 28 years experience managing plant equipment and transport operations within construction, rail, civil, mining.
Gerard joined Goldspring in 2018. With his team he continues to focus on delivery of dependable and compliant plant and people to our valued clients.
Gerard’s role encompasses the management of all aspects of the Plant Department including Plant, Resources, Assets, Maintenance and Transport.
Matthew Gibson - Safeworking Manager
Dip (business management), Cert IV (rail operations)
Matthew has over 30 years rail experience, predominantly focused on Rail Operations and Rail Safeworking.
Matthew has a client focused approach, dedication to safety and an eagerness to support and futureproof the industry.
Joining Goldspring in 2015 Matthew established the Rail Safeworking Business within the group.
Matthew currently manages and oversees all aspects of the Safeworking Business and with the support of his team continues to provide a quality and service that is enviable within the industry.
Brett Turner - Construction Manager
Brett has over 20 years experience within the rail, civil and mining industries. Brett’s role encompasses the management of all aspects of the construction business of Goldspring.
Over the past 10 years, Brett with his team and support from management, has developed the company to become a growing medium tiered construction company within the Hunter Valley.
His focus on relationships, delivery and solutions has meant Goldspring enjoy an enviable industry reputation.
Eamonn Roach - Project Manager
Eamonn is a qualified Civil Engineer who has over 9 years of project development and construction management experience.
His skillset, qualifications and overall experience place him in good stead to provide planning, engineering, project management and site construction support for civil and rail related projects.
Eamonn joined Goldspring in 2011 and has risen from a Project Engineer to now manage all facets of our civil and mining business.
Owen Blake - Project Manager
Owen joined Goldspring in 2016 to assist with the delivery of our growing rail sector projects. His rail experience commenced in 2011 through the John Holland engineering program which he underwent for 4 years before accepting a contract client side role for Transport for NSW.
Owen manages all aspects of our rail business with his team of engineers, supervisors and track workers.
He specialises in rail infrastructure, thriving on technically challenging projects and providing solutions for our rail clients.
